(Clarinda) A Shenandoah man was arrested on a Page County Court Bench Warrant this morning.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says the warrant for 37-year-old Jonathan Lynn Gray was for Failure to Appear for a 9:00 a.m. jury trial. The trial was for the charges of Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations – Bodily Injury, Police Dog – Interference, and Interference with Official Acts – Bodily Injury.
Gray had been out on bond for the charge prior to failing to arrive at the Page County Courthouse prior to the 9:00 a.m. start for the jury trial.
