Not as sore today from my out-of-boredom-work-out on Sunday... I think I'll go walk a few miles today outside since it's a beautiful day. Since the weather is so unpredictable here in the Midwest, I need to start taking advantage of the warm(ish) temps outside. Because in a few weeks, Halloween will arrive. And it usually attempts to snow between now and Thanksgiving.
Speaking of Thanksgiving... it's only 42 days away which is just over a month. And Christmas is 75 days away. I haven't seen any yet, but I've heard folks talking about already seeing commercials for the holidays. Before radio, I was in the retail world (unfortunately) and I knew that as soon as we set up for Halloween, there would be at least one or two shelves of Christmas to go along with it. What are YOUR thoughts on the early displays? It's kind of depressing to know that we just went from 90+ degree days and now we're discussing when it's gonna snow.
Are YOU ready for the holidays?!
