(Ames) Former Exira High School All-State Selection Hallie Christofferson scored 14 points in the final home game of her impressive career at Iowa State. Chistofferson shot 6-10 from the field and 2-4 from the free-throw line in a 70-54 home loss to #9 Baylor.
The Hamlin native pushes her career scoring total to 1675. She ranks in the top-10 in Iowa State history in points, rebounds, field goals made, free-throw’s made, free-throw’s attempted, blocked shots, and free-throw percentage.
Christofferson was one of three seniors with area ties to start for the Cyclones Tuesday as IKM-Manning grad Ashley Hagedorn and Panorama alum Elly Arganbright both earned a starting nod on senior night.
