East Mills won the team title and Riverside came in as the runner-up at the Griswold Golf and Country Club. Coach Wax says none of the team members shot particularly well but they did enough to survive and advance. Leading the way was the individual champion Erik Rock. Rock talked afterwards with KSOM/KS95 sports and said he struggled with his putting but hit his irons and tee shots well.
