(Corning) The Nodaway Valley Wolverines went on the road to claim a boys golf dual victory Monday. The squad shot 163 to top Corning's 197. Angga Edwards was medalist for Nodaway Valley with a 37. The Wolverines also had the runner-up medalist, freshman Jackson Lamb, who shot 42. Delson Grantham and Wes Davis each shot 42's to factor into the team scoring. Corning's top golfer was Lance Swartz with a 42.
Nodaway Valley's girls golf team, with just two participants, did not register a team score. Lindsey Hight and Taylor Hill each recorded a 63. Corning did have enough to qualify for a team score. The Red Raider girls shot 185 led by Medalist Kelsie Kinman (42) and runner-up Medalist Kayleigh Westlake (46).
