(Shenandoah) The Harlan Girls Track team earned 12-gold medals and four runner-up finishes at the 2013 Hawkeye Ten Conference Track Meet Monday night at Shenandoah. It was the fifth straight Conference title and eight-championships in the last ten years. The Cyclones piled up 175-points.


Individual winners for Harlan included; Liz Riessen, in the High Jump, (5-01.00), Mikayla Evers in thee 200, (26.36) and 400, (1:00.06), Jessica Feldman in the 800, (2:24.68), Dena Baughman in the 100 meter Hurdles, (16.04), and first place finishes in the Shuttle Hurdle Relay, (1:09.18), 4x200, (1:47.74), Sprint Medley, (1:54.91), 4x800, (10:05.79), Distance Medley, (4:23.47), and the 4x400, (4:09.86).
