(Guthrie Center) Exira-EHK's Sydney Parker started off early and continued winning often at the Rolling Hills Conference track and field meet Monday in Guthrie Center. Parker claimed the top spot in the long jump by breaking her own conference record with a jump of 14-08. She continued her success with wins in the 100, 4X100, and Distance Medley. In the 4X100 she joined Carly Paulsen, Jen Neville, and Jessica Kautz to run 55.13. The Distance Medley consisted of Parker, Kautz, Carley Paulsen, and Claire Paulsen.
Other standouts for Exira-EHK included Jen Neville who was a part of three 1st place finished. Neville placed 1st in the 400 in addition to being apart of the sprint and distance medleys. DeAnn Irlmeier won both the 3,000 and 1,500. The 4X800 Meter Relay team of Adrel Hoflen, Chansea Nelsen, Claire Paulsen, and Grace Hoflen posted a winning time of 10:39.46. Meghan Sonntag delivered a win for Exira-EHK in the shot put.

Exira-EHK won the conference championship as a team for the 4th year in a row. They scored 150 points to finish ahead of runner-up Adair-Casey's 114.
