(AMES) Hamilin native Hallie Christofferson continues to be one of the brightest shining stars for the ISU women's basketball team this season.
The Cyclone junior's latest stat line shows 20 points on 9/13 shooting plus five rebounds, one assist, and one steal. She posted those numbers in an 83-68 win over Kansas Wednesday night. It was the Cyclones 20th victory of the season.
Christofferson not only leads ISU in scoring and field goal percentage, but her 55.1% field goal percentage ranks 16th in the country.
Former IKM-Manning player Ashley Hagedorn also saw time in the win. The junior transfer from DMACC has played in 16 games, hitting 4/8 from the three point line on the season.
