(Oakland) Ricky Williams posted a season high 38 points plus grabbed 17 rebounds Tuesday night in Riverside's 76-60 win over Tri-Center.
Williams increases his lofty season averages to 27.7 points per game and 13.5 rebounds per game. He now leads the state in points per game by nearly 2 points per game and his rebounding averagea is 2nd best in the state of Iowa. No team has been able to come up with an answer for the low-post force whose Riverside Bulldogs are now 14-1. Even in Riverside's lone loss this season, Williams still had 21 points and 12 rebounds. The win over Tri-Center is Riverside's third straight since a 57-55 setback to Treynor on the 11th of January.
In addition to Williams' typical impressive numbers, David Anderson stepped up for Riverside hitting 6-7 from the floor including 4-5 from three-point range to score 16 points. Next up for Riverside is a winless Audubon squad on Friday night.
