(Greenfield) Nodaway Valley's 19 point win over Interstate-35 on Friday puts the Wolverines at 11-0 on the season. Nodaway Valley came away with a 60-41 win on the road to stay perfect going into their matchup with Albia.

The game with Albia will give Nodaway Valley a good measuring stick heading into the stretch run of the season. Albia's three losses have come to Clarke County, MO, Pella Christian, and Chariton. Saturday's game at Nodaway Valley is one of three remaining non-conference challenges for the unbeated Wolverines. They will also play Creston and Kuemper Catholic before the district tournament starts.

Nodaway Valley was led by Alex Welsch with 23 points and 15 rebounds in the win over I-35 Friday. Welsch shot 11-13 from the field. Dan Erhsam and Brad Baudler were both in double figures. Ehrsam scored 14 and Baudler had 12.
