(Harlan) Nate Cave scored eight first quarter points, including two three-pointers, to help Harlan get out of the blocks quickly in their 62-38 win over St. Albert.
The teams traded baskets for the first three minutes of the game before Harlan took off offensively and clamped down defensively. The Cyclones led 19-8 after the first quarter and held St. Albert to just three 2nd quarter points to open up a 35-11 lead at the break. Harlan's lead was never in doubt in the second half with three Cyclones finishing in double figures (Trey Lansman 16, Gabe Ferry 14, Adam Juhl 11).
Harlan improves to 7-2 on the season. St. Albert slips to 4-4.
