(Anita) CAM placed 3rd on the boys side of the CAM Track Meet held in Atlantic on Tuesday.


Leading the way for the Cougars was Trevor McKee who won all four events he was in. The junior anchored the winning 4X800 Meter Relay that was led off by Brady Runyan and also included Jarrad Cavin and Dylan Amdor. McKee's 16.53 won the 110 Meter High Hurdles. One of the more exciting finishes of the night came in the 400 Meter Hurdles where McKee ran 57.18 to narrowly edge Exira-EHK's Cole Anderson (57.30). To cap off the night McKee anchored the winning 4X400 along with Runyan, Cavin, and Amdor the group ran 3:40.22. Prior to the running of the 4X400, KSOM/KS95.7 sports talked with McKee about his big night and you can listen to the entire interview below.


2nd place finishes for the Cougars included Dylan Amdor in the 200 running 25.04 and Jarrad Cavin in the long jump with a distance of 18-1.25.
