(Ames) Hallie Christofferson poured in a career high 24 points in Iowa State's 77-47 win over Mississippi Valley State on Sunday. Christofferson connected on ten of her fifteen field goal attempts and also collected eight rebounds and four blocked shots.
Iowa State is now 6-2 on the season and Christofferson is averaging 11.6 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. The sophomore from Hamlin has started all eight games and leads the team in minutes played and blocked shots.
The Cyclones have nine days off for final exams. Next up for ISU is in-state opponent Northern Iowa on Tuesday, December 20th.
