(Cedar Falls) In a game heard on KSOM Monday, it was Decorah topping Harlan 35-14. The Cyclones fell behind 14-0 just six plays into the game and Decorah never looked back. Harlan was able to add a touchdown pass from Zach Osborn to Lucas Musich midway through the second quarter to make it a 14-7 game, but that was as close as the Cyclones would come. Decorah scored the first three touchdowns of the second half to extend their lead to 35-7 with 5:54 left in the game. Harlan added another score with 4:41 left on a pass from Osborn to Musich from 10 yards out. Osborn became the Cyclones single season leader in passing yardage in the loss. After a 6-3 regular season, the Harlan Cyclones are elimated from postseason play with a 9-4 overall record.

In the other semi-final game on Monday it was Union, LaPorte City defeating ADM by a final score of 42-28. ADM ends their season with a 12-1 record.

11-2 Union will play 11-2 Decorah on Saturday in the Class 3A State Championship.
