(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces burglary charges in Montgomery County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a suspicious vehicle near D Avenue and 130th Street. Deputies identified the driver as 28-year-old Kendra S. Harlow and cited her for No Proof of Financial Responsibility.
Deputies subsequently searched the farmstead located south of the intersection and during the search they deployed the Montgomery County K-9 unit. The K-9 tracked down a subject hiding in a cornfield southwest of the residence. He was identified as 57-year-old John W. Goodall, of Red Oak.
Goodall was charged with Criminal Trespass, 3rd Degree Burglary, and Possession of Burglary Tools. While he was being transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center, they found Harlow walking along Highway 34 towards Red Oak. She was detained and arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Goodall is being held on $2,000 bond. Harlow is being held on $300.00 bond.
