(Harlan)The Harlan Police Department noted several arrests in their report released today.
Brad Knauss, 37, of Portsmouth was arrested January 10th for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported to the Shelby County Jail.
Two Harlan men were arrested January 7th when they were observed letting the air out of the tires of a car at 2104 Lincoln Avenue. 23-year-old Jeremy Bias and 35-year-old Jeffrey Simpson were both arrested and transported to the Shelby County Jail where they were charged with public intoxication. Bias was also charged with criminal mischief.
Michael Garrison, 54, of Harlan was arrested on January 7th at the Shelby County Courthouse when he ignored several requests from law enforcement to conduct himself in an orderly fashion. Garrison was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with disorderly conduct.
On January 5th, 29-year-old Tana Reed of Harlan was arrested for allegedly assaulting Natalie Segebart. Reed was cited for simple assault and released.
And, 26-year-old Jackie Thielen of Harlan was cited on December 31st for allowing a dog to run at large when officers were called to a barking dog complaint. Thielen was cited and given a court date and ten days to register her dog with the city.
