Shouse served four years as the 5th Ward Councilman and Livengood served eight years as Councilman at Large. Livengood and Shouse were each presented with a plaque thanking them for their service.

He says he is glad that Lori Stuart and Bob Cord have stepped up to fill the seats and will do a fantastic job. He also thanked the voters who thought he would be a good person to sit on the council four years ago and admitted it has been fun.
