TWO RED OAK MEN ARRESTED ON THEFT CHARGES
(Red Oak) Two Red Oak men have been charged with 2nd and 4th degree theft charges.
According to the Red Oak Police Department with assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 29-year-old Andres Alvarado Ramirez Jr. and 36-year-old Floyd Robert Johnson Jr. both of Red Oak were observed stealing scrap metal and appliances from a residence near the Snyder Pond on Riverview Drive in Red Oak. They were then spotted stealing more scrap metal and appliances at a residence located at 2032 190th st just east of Red Oak. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the two men had stolen other scrap metal and appliances numerous times and taken them to salvage yards for compensation.
Both men are being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $5000 bond.
