THREE ARRESTED ON BURGLARY CHARGES IN FREMONT COUNTY
(THURMAN) Three people were arrested in Fremont County on Burglary and Theft charges and a warrant will soon be issued for another suspect.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office says a concerned citizen reported the burglary incident near Thurman on Monday. Miscellaneous household items, a fuse box, and wiring were reportedly removed from the unoccupied rural residence.
Authorities arrested 48-year-old Tammy Rose and 49-year-old Kenneth Milenkovich, both of Council Bluffs, on 3rd Degree Burglary and 3rd Degree Theft charges. They were held on 5-thousand dollars bond each. 54-year-old Lucy M. Uriel of Omaha is being held on two counts of Conspiracy (3rd Degree Burglary and 3rd Degree Theft). Her bond is set at 5-thousand dollars.
The identity of the individual that fled on foot is known to Fremont County authorities and a warrant is forthcoming for 3rd Degree Burglary and 3rd Degree Theft.
