(State) It looks like the midwest economy hit it's peak about four months ago. That's according to Creighton University Economist Earnie Goss,
"The slowdown in Asia and of course the continuing recession in Europe that is being telegraphed back to this part of the country and the businesses that we surveyed that depend fairly heavily on exports."
Goss says his monthly survey of businesses in nine states indicates they are all staring to feel the pinch of a slowdown of exports.
