(Clarinda) A Nebraska man was injured in a car-motorcycle accident in Page County late Monday morning.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says a vehicle driven by Steven Harris of Shenandoah was Northbound on E- Avenue and stopped at stop sign. Douglas Medcalf of Waverly, Nebraska was eastbound on Highway 2 on a motorcycle when Harris’s vehicle pulled out in front of him. The two vehicles collided causing Medcalf’s bike to overturn as it headed to the north shoulder of the roadway. Harris was uninjured in the accident and cited for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign. Medcalf was transported by air ambulance to Creighton Hospital in Omaha with incapacitating injuries.
