(Audubon) A severe thunderstorm warning remains in effect until 4:45 p.m. for northeastern Audubon and northwestern Guthrie County.
The National Weather Service in Des Moines says this storm is capable of producing quarter sized hail and wind gusts up to 60-miles per hour. This can cause damage to vehicles, roofs, siding and trees.
Forecasters say this storm is moving southeast at 15-miles per hour and is effecting mainly rural areas of Audubon and Guthrie Counties at this time.
