(RED OAK) A stolen vehicle was recovered in Montgomery County.
The Red Oak Police Department says at around 6:17 this (Wednesday) morning, officers with the were requested to locate a stolen vehicle from the Shenandoah area. The vehicle’s last known whereabouts was on G Avenue north of Red Oak. Officers went north of town and encountered the vehicle going eastbound on 130th Street. Officers made a traffic stop and the vehicle was recovered.
Twenty year old James Allen Lilly of Shenandoah was arrested without incident for possession of stolen property and driving while suspended. He was held on $5,000 cash bond.
