(Red Oak) - According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, a woman was arrested early this morning for operating while intoxicated. At two o’ clock this morning, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevy Cruze driven by Tina Jackson of Clarinda. Jackson’s vehicle had been stopped after almost colliding with deputies. Ms. Jackson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she is being held on a $1,000 bond.
As for the second arrest made early this morning, a woman has been charged with an OWI in the first offense. According to reports, 47 year old, Victoria Mary Kennedy had been arrested at the corner of North 7th Street and East Valley for an OWI in the 1st Offense. Kennedy was transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center where she is being held on a $1,000 cash bond.
