(RED OAK) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office investigated a theft from Schildberg Construction, located at 1423 J Avenue, north of Red Oak.
Sometime between 4:00 p.m. on July 1st and 6:45 a.m. on July 2nd, someone entered the quarry property and took a 550 gallon fuel tank and caused damage to a small storage building during the theft. The tank was valued at $2,000. The damage to the building was estimated at $500. The tank is red in color and had a top mounted electric pump. It is believed that the tank was stolen using a vehicle with rear duals.
