(Oakland) Riverside School District patrons are going to the polls today to vote on a $15.1 million bond issue to build a $23 million school.
The district has obtained 70 acres of ground near the intersection of highways 59 and Highway 6 with the hopes of putting up a 7th-12th grade building that would be located in a separate area from the high school students.
New athletic fields would also be built on the location.
If the vote passes the new facility would probably finished in time for the 2015-2016 school year.
