According to the Montgomery County Sherriff’s Office, several arrests have been made over the weekend. One arrest was made early this morning with 21 year old, Jamie Gene Neville, of Omaha, being the suspect. Neville was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Linden Street and Broadway in Red Oak. Neville has been booked in the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on a $300 bond.
Another arrest has been made early this morning by the Montgomery County Sherriff’s Department. Gary Smith, of Red Oak, was arrested this morning for Public Intoxication. Smith is being held at the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on $300 cash bond.
One more arrest has been made this weekend by the Montgomery County Sherriff’s Department. On June 22nd, police officers in Red Oak received a phone call that the defendant was walking southbound on 4th Street from the 1500 block yelling and screaming. Once police arrived to the area where the defendant was first cited, the police received another telephone call stating that the defendant had gone into Dollar General. The police soon found 52 year old, Rlena Crouse, of Red Oak, walking out of Dollar General, still causing a scene. Crouse was charged with Public Intoxication and is being held on a $300 bond.
