(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Zachariah Michael Holland, of Red Oak Friday night.
According to the report, Holland was charged with 5th degree theft and unlawful use of a prescription drug, and a tax stamp violation. The arrest was the result of a complaint of a shoplifter at Cubby’s on the north side of Red Oak.
Holland was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $5,000 bond.
In other activity last night, 38-year-old Jonathan Russell, of Shenandoah was arrested on a valid warrant out of Page County for driving while suspended following a traffic stop at Ohio Avenue and Highway 48 in Red Oak.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and released to the Page County Sheriff’s Office.
