TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN HARLAN
(HARLAN) A Harlan man was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance following an accident in Harlan Wednesday.
The Harlan Police Department says Bradley Sorensen of Harlan was eastbound on Chatburn Avenue when he signaled and slowed down to turn into the west drive of the First Baptist church. A vehicle driven by Brandon Hunt of Harlan was behind Sorensen and failed to stop and collided with the rear of Sorensen’s vehicle.
The damage to Hunt’s vehicle was estimated at 35-hundred dollars. The damage to Sorensen’s vehicle was estimated around 300-dollars. No injuries were reported.
