(Red Oak) A Montgomery County woman was arrested early this (Wednesday) morning on numerous drug charges following a traffic stop on Highway 48.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office pulled over 29-year-old Nicole M. Snyder of Elliott for insufficient number of headlamps.
During the stop authorities discovered that Snyder was driving while barred and was taken into custody. Prior to towing the vehicle she was driving an amount of marijuana and methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle. In addition, Snyder was found to be unlawfully possessing prescription drugs medication, and was also in possession of several items of drug paraphernalia.
She was transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center and charged with driving while barred, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine, Unlawful use of prescription drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Snyder is currently being held on $5,000 bond.
