RED OAK CITY COUNCIL HOLD PUBLIC HEARING ON BUDGET
(Red Oak) The Red Oak City Council is expected to finalize the cities 2012 fiscal year budget tomorrow evening.
According to the agenda, the council will hold a public hearing prior to adopting the next fiscal year’s budget. The tax levy for 2012 is at $17.08 per thousand dollars of valuation, which is down from the previous year.
In other activity, the city will hold a first reading on an amendment to the sizes of signs, and the council will decide on a contract for library services for Montgomery County for the next fiscal year at tomorrow night’s meeting that starts at 5:30 at the Red Oak City Hall.
