UNION COUNTY MAN FACES CHARGES IN ADAMS COUNTY
(Corning) A Creston man faces numerous charges in Adams County following a traffic stop early Saturday morning.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says, 36-year-old Chad Everette Lee, of Creston faces charges of OWI first offense, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance.
According to the press release, authorities received a call at alittle after 4:00 a.m. concerning a vehicle sitting in the roadway. When the deputy arrived Chad Lee was allegedly intoxicated and resisted arrest. Authorities say he was also in possession of a controlled substance.
Chad Lee was held on no bond until he appeared in front of the magistrate.
