FEDERAL GRAND JURY RETURNS INDICTMENT AGAINST SW IOWA MEN
(DES MOINES) A Federal Grand Jury in Des Moines returns an indictment against four southwest Iowa men for selling methamphetamine.
The Federal Grand Jury alleges that beginning as early as January 2004 and through last November, Orvis Lee Wagaman of College Springs; Edward Eugene Gray Sr. of Coin; Edward Eugene Gray Jr. of Clarinda; and Levi Edward Gray, also of Clarinda, conspired to distribute methamphetamine. Each is in Federal custody.
It appears that the four were part of a larger group involved in methamphetamine sales in southwest Iowa and northwest Missouri. At least eight other persons from southwest Iowa were arrested on warrants from Missouri and authorities have been searching for nine other individuals.
