COLLINS MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES
(CORNING) A Collins, Iowa man was arrested on drug charges in Adams County this (Friday) morning.
The Sheriff’s Office says 34-year-old Ryan William Kinshaw was stopped by a deputy in Corning for expired plates. Following investigation it was discovered Kinshaw had a suspended license. The deputy then conducted a search of Kinshaw’s vehicle where drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance were found. Kinshaw was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a School Zone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Suspended.
Kinshaw was transported to the Adams County Jail where he was held on no bond until he appears before the magistrate.
