(Area) Snow is coming. How will you clear it from your sidewalk and driveway?
Over in the corner of the garage is the trusty old shovel, but then again right up front is the new high powered snow blower. Both have their pros and cons. Did you know that shoveling helps release stress? It’s also a good form of exercise. Some people even enjoy the outdoor time.
Says one southwest Iowa man surveyed, “Actually I do (enjoy the outdoors) because I need the exercise, I need to lose the weight.”
Maybe that exercise is too much though and your back will definitely notice the next day. Plus that snow blower is so much more efficient.
A woman in downtown Atlantic explained why shee uses a snow blower, “I do it because I have a long driveway and a lot of sidewalk.”
Then again, ever compare the price of snow blower to the cost of a shovel?
“If I'm shoveling its because I don't have enough money for a snow blower or enough money to have someone do it for me.”
Keep in mind that shovel works every time, no gas or maintenance required.
