GUTHRIE CENTER RESIDENTS TO FOLLOW SNOW ORDINANCE
(Guthrie Center) Guthrie Center Police Chief Michael Herbert is asking residents to move their vehicles off the city streets.
“I am asking every citizen that can get their vehicle off the street so the plows can do their job effectively and efficiently,” said Herbert.
The city drew up a new ordinance this year advises that if there is two inches of snow and the plows come out to remove it then it is automatically a snow emergency and there should be no vehicles on the city streets.
