(AUDUBON) Several Audubon High School Students have been named Scholastic Art and Writing award winners.
Audubon High School art Teacher Kathy Wallander submitted the student’s work digitally to Scholastic in December. Scholastic is a regional competition with hundreds of schools in Iowa represented. The Gold Key winning pieces will go on to compete at the national level in New York.
Scholastic is recognized as the premier High School Art Competition in the country. Winning any award at this level is a big honor given only to the best works of art in the state.
