(RED OAK) A Red Oak man has been arrested on burglary and drug paraphernalia charges.
The Red Oak Police Department says officers received a report of an attempted burglary of a residence at around 9:25 pm Friday. Upon arrival, 30-year-old George Allen Alfred Wesbrook ran from Police and was apprehended a short time later. Wesbrook was found to be in possession of a few small electronic items that did not belong to him and drug paraphernalia.
Wesbrook has been charged with 2nd Degree Burglary, Attempted Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held at the Montgomery County Law Center on $10,000 cash bond.
Owners of the two remaining devices have not been identified. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the apprehension of Wesbrook.
