(HARLAN) The Harlan Police Department arrested numerous individuals in connection with the theft of three laptop computers from the Harlan High School.
According to the report, 18-year-old Ryan Corder, of Harlan, was arrested on January 2nd on an active Shelby County warrant charging him with 2nd Degree Theft. 26-year-old Charles Hayes, of Harlan, was arrested on January 3rd for Possession of Stolen Property. 20-year-old Derek Hedglin, of Harlan, was arrested on January 7th for Possession of Stolen Property. Also charged in connection with the theft were 18-year-old Cassidy Coenen, of Earling, and 20-year-old Kolton Kobold, of Kirkman.
As a result of the search warrant in this case, 30-year-old Heather Beatty, of Harlan, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs and Prohibited Acts Penalties.
