(State) Tuesday marks the first day of the new year and with that comes changes in the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Bryan Hayes with the DNR office in Lewis says a combined hunting and fishing license is coming back.
"We haven't had this probably for aknist twenty years, but now we'll have this again. Starting January 1st there will be a combination hunting, fishing, and habitat license. It's forty-seven dollars so you'll save a few dollars by buying that package."
Other changes include a three year fishing license for $53, three year hunting license for $86, and a bonus fishing line allowing three poles per person for $12.
