(GLENWOOD) A Mills County man was sentenced Wednesday for possession of child pornography.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa says 33-year-old Everett David Moles was sentenced to 86 months imprisonment and ordered to serve a twenty year term of supervised release following incarceration.
Moles pled guilty to a charge of possession of child pornography on August 31st following an extensive investigation into images and videos of child pornography on his cell phone. Moles admitted that from September of 2009 through May of 2011 he had images on his cell phone that depicted minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The investigation was conducted by the Mills County Sheriff’s Office, Mills County Attorney’s Office and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
