(Shenandoah) A Shenandoah Elementary teacher will not be charged for encouraging students to spit on another classmate.
According to Shenandoah Police the incident occurred on October 8. The Elementary School Teacher allegedly urged students to spit on a boy, who was sticking his tongue out and “blubbering” at another student.
Shenandoah Police Chief Kris Grebert released a statement earlier this week stating that the Page County Attorney’s Office reviewed the case and determined that the teacher, who was not identified, did not have the requisite criminal intent necessary to prove any criminal charge.
