(Denison) In an effort to save paper, supplies and time, the Denison City Council is considering the purchase of 8 iPads.The cost of each unit is $329.00.
According to the Omaha World Herald, The computers’ would be issued to the five council members, the Mayor, City Clerk and the City Manager.
The Denison School Board and school administrators have used the iPads for a little over a year. This year the I-pads were issued to all of the teachers.
The board for Denison Municipal Utilities also uses the iPads, and the Crawford County Board of Supervisors are provided with the electronic tablets also.
