(Atlantic) The trial date has been moved back for the former Anita teacher charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
Monday Judge Jeffrey Larson agreed to extend the trial date for Sixty-Five-year-old William Glenn Foulkes until September 25, at 9:30 a.m. He was to go to trial on July 10.
Foulkes pled Not Guilty in March; to charges he sexually exploited a minor for a period of 13-months. The former Anita Math teacher, who resigned in 2010, is accused of engaging in sexual conduct on numerous occasions with a minor female from August 2009 until November 11, 2010.
He was arrested on March 15th on a felony warrant for Sexual Exploitation by a School Employee and 49-aggravated Misdemeanor counts for Sexual Exploitation by a School Employee.
