(Audubon) A rural Audubon County man pleaded guilty to conspiring to grow and sell marijuana in Audubon County.
Federal prosecutors said 44-year-old Paul Irlmeier pleaded guilty Wednesday. His co-defendant, 62 year-old Randy Irlmeier, pleaded guilty on May 30. The two face a miminum of five years and a maximum of 40-years in prison.
Presecutors said that as part of the guilty pleas, the two men admitted to running the marijuana operation from 2005 to October 27, 2010. Authorities found dozens of marijuana plants at Randy Irlmeier's residence n Audubon County.
