(ATLANTIC) An Anita man facing sexual exploitation charges pleaded not guilty in front of a District Court Judge on Friday.
According to court records, 65-year-old William Glenn Foulkes was originally scheduled for an arraignment hearing today; however he entered a written arraignment and plea of not guilty on Friday.
Foulkes appeared in front of magistrate judge on March 22nd and also pleaded not guilty.
Foulkes, a former CAM Elementary teacher who resigned on November 15th, 2010, faces one charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor by a School Employee and 49 charges of Sexual Exploitation. The sexual exploitation charges come from incidents that allegedly occurred between August 1st of 2009 and November 11th, 2010.
Foulkes remains free on bond. A pre-trial date has been set for May 29th and a trial date has been set for July 10th.
