(Henderson) Mills County Authorities have released more information in the Mills County ATV accident that occurred over the weekend, critically injuring a 4-year-old Henderson boy.
According to the Mills County Sheriff’s Office, the driver of the 4-wheeler has been identified as Garret Horgdal, of Henderson. The accident remains under investigation; however deputies did obtain a search warrant for a blood specimen from Horgdal to determine his blood alcohol level.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office and Henderson Fire and Rescue and Macedonia Rescue were dispatched to 206 Southwest Street in Henderson on March 31, at around 7:14 p.m. Upon their arrival, rescue personnel requested Lifenet to be dispatched to their location. Kolby Klindt was flown to Creighton University Medical Center where he remains in critical condition.
