(COLLEGE SPRINGS) Charges are pending against a Braddyville man who caused a disturbance at the South Page School in College Springs. The Page County Sheriff’s Office says on Friday, Deputies were called to the school for an “irate” parent. When Deputies arrived, the school was in lockdown.
Principal Green had advised that 38-year-old Damon Dustin went to the school to speak with her about his juvenile son who had been involved in an incident at the school. Damon became agitated about the incident and began yelling and using vulgar language, causing a disturbance at the school. Damon then collected his son and daughter from the school, still yelling and causing a disturbance. He then got into his black 1989 Ford F-150 pickup and drove in a reckless manner through the school yard and back onto the street.
Deputies obtained statements and then went to look for Damon. He was not found. Charges are pending on Damon at this time. More information on this incident will be released when it is available.
