(Stanton) Three people face charges following a traffic stop early (Saturday) this morning near Stanton.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says, 24-year-old Jonathan Phillip Van Den Einde, of Stanton is charged with interference with official acts, 24-year-old Raymond Biersted, of Ames, faces charges of OWI 1st offense, and 21-year-old Caleb Michael Sunderman, of Clarinda is charged with OWI 2nd offense. The three were stopped at 250th and P Avenue at around 12:53 a.m.
All three subjects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Van Den Einde was held on $300.00 bond, Bierstedt, $1,000 bond, and Sunderman was held on $2,000 bond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Red Oak Police Department.
