(GLENWOOD) The Mills County COAD is sponsoring a Flood Recover Clean Up Day on Friday and Saturday.
Volunteers are needed to assist families with flood clean-up beginning at 8:30 each day. If you are able to assist, please call the flood hotline at 712-527-4231 to pre-register. Help is needed with clean-up, moving items, and assisting with on-line FEMA sign up. Pickups and trailers will be needed.

Mills County Emergency Management also reminds homeowners, renters and business owners that have been affected by the recent flood to contact FEMA to report their information. Individuals can sign up by phone at 1-800-621-3362 or online at www.fema.gov. Volunteers are available at the Glenwood Public Library on Saturday from 9 to 12 to assist those needing help with on-line registration.
